CONGRATULATIONS, my friends!!
You did it! You finished the #7daysofgreenjuice challenge and actually, most of you ended up completing 14 DAYS OF GREEN JUICE!!! I cannot express my sheer delight seeing your pictures, comments, results, & knowing you are flooding your cells with pure nutrition!
I hope & believe this is just the beginning. I issued this challenge as a way to introduce you to the world of juicing/as a kick in the butt to get back into the routine. Drinking merely 8 ounces a day for 7 days was realistic & achievable for most anyone! 14 days proved to be simple too!
Although this challenge is technically over, I encourage everyone to continue the challenge for themselves. Let’s see if you can get to 21 days… one month… two months… before you know it you will be up to #365daysofgreenjuice which is the goal one of my friends has set for herself!!
The most common benefit seemed to be a boost in energy! Y’all found yourselves feeling less tired during the day…beating that mid-morning or afternoon slump. Your juice helped you to power through AND feel way better doing so! Another common benefit I heard was feeling better in general even in the midst of stressful jobs & not-so-great diets.
Improved digestion was another positive side effect that I heard from most of you 🙂 I always say if celery juice can make digestion happen in my frankenstein body it can make it happen for ANYONE! Read more about celery juice here.
The list of benefits continues…. lowered blood pressure, better sleep, pounds & inches melting off, crushed cravings, less of a desire to eat out of bordeom/cravings, glowing skin, less belly bloat, and so much more!!
No kidding I have had at least 10 challengers decide to purchase a juicer after making their juice in a blender & deciding they were hooked! The majority of people who have taken on this challenge have expressed their plan to continue juicing everyday as part of a healthier lifestyle.
These results have exceeded my expectations of what would happen from a #7daysofgreenjuice challenge. I am absolutely thrilled, floored, encouraged & energized by this. I long to make a difference in this world…to use my story to positively impact people by #1 Sharing The Great Glory of our God and #2 Helping others prevent & fight disease using food as medicine! This challenge has allowed me to do both of those things & seeing people ACTUALLY respond is incredibly encouraging. I’m sending out a big thanks to all of you!!!
To help you in your journey forward as a juicer I am sharing 8 more simple recipes… these come from The Everything Juicing Book by Carole Jacobs. Purchase here.
